Which files do I need to start a manufacturing project?
A CAD file (STL, STEP, IGES or OBJ) is ideal, but it is not required. Many projects start from a sketch, reference photos or a physical sample; our team builds the 3D model or scans the object and sends renderings for approval before production.
Can CT3D handle both design and production?
Yes. We cover 3D design, master patterns, molds, casting or fabrication, finishing and, where needed, installation on site. Keeping the whole chain in one workshop makes it easier to control quality and schedule.
What quantities can you produce?
From a single piece to low-volume batches. Single statues, prototypes and art pieces are made directly; when you need tens or hundreds of identical pieces we usually make a silicone or FRP mold so every copy matches the approved master.
Do you install large works on site?
Yes. Large FRP statues, installations and metal signage can be fabricated in modules in our workshop and installed on site. The installation plan and cost are quoted based on the location.
Do you ship outside Vietnam?
Yes. We deliver nationwide across Vietnam and can arrange international shipping on request, with packaging chosen for the size and fragility of each piece.
